Towtruck Guys = Dirty Rotten Scoundrels

I stopped by my old apartment to pick up a few things, and I just parked right in front. I figured that it wasn't worth going all the way up the parking garage to the top level where the visitor parking spots are, since I'd only be there for a few minutes. Well I came back out just in time. A tow truck pulled his quick maneuver and had my car lifted up in about 5 seconds. I was able to stop him from driving away, and he made me pay just to lower my car back down and not tow it. I was so angry I just about cussed him out. Fortunately I was able to keep my head and pay the guy. Man those guys really make me mad! Talk about scumbags!
